Our circuit training classes are designed to challenge your entire body in a fast-paced, motivating group environment. Each workout follows a 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off format, rotating through six stations that target strength, conditioning, and endurance. You’ll complete four full rounds, creating a balanced full-body workout that builds muscle, burns calories, and improves overall fitness.

Every station is scalable, making this class perfect for all fitness levels—whether you’re just getting started or looking to push your limits. Expect a mix of strength training, functional movements, and cardio bursts that keep your heart rate up and your body adapting.
