Primary Coach
Andrew Lehti (FST, CPT)
Andrew Lehti is a performance coach, strength trainer, and stretch therapist with over a decade of experience helping athletes and clients move better, get stronger, and perform at a higher level. Training since 2011, he blends evidence-based strength programming with corrective exercise and hands-on stretch therapy to build resilient, powerful, and pain-resistant bodies.
He has competed in strongman for 12 years and brings over 30 years of multi-sport athletic experience, including boxing, hockey, football, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and rugby—giving him real-world insight into performance, durability, and competitive demands.
Andrew has been a stretch therapist since 2018, a corrective exercise specialist since 2020, and holds an MBA, combining advanced manual therapy with a professional, results-driven approach to coaching and client care.
Assistant Coach
Amanda Lehti (strength coach)
A four-time nationally qualified Strongman athlete, an Arnold competitor, and a competitive strength athlete with years of experience at the highest levels of the sport.Amanda grew up competing in softball, field hockey, and track & field, building a strong foundation in athletic movement, teamwork, and discipline. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in teaching kids how to move well, build confidence, and develop a love for athletics. Strong athletes are built through proper fundamentals, consistency, and positive reinforcement—not pressure or burnout.
